All products are critically checked and well packaged before delivery. If any damage at point of delivery kindly contact us within 48 hours of such delivery.
We offer return /cancellation within seven (7) days counting from the day of order delivery supposing it remains in its original unopened state. In cases of damage, unwanted items can be returned even if opened for inspection with notice within 48hours after delivery. However, if any fault occur after the seven days grace period, we implore you reach us through the information on our contact form or send us a mail at email@example.com and a representative will contact you within the shortest possible time. Nevertheless, if an item exceeds its grace period but within manufacturers’ warranty period kindly locate the closest manufacturers work center to you and you will be dully attended to but if none within reach, contact us directly and we will ensure it gets sorted out as soon as possible and due resolution will be made.
Note that used or altered goods from their original condition cannot be returned.
